CONSUMER PROTECTION

The air holidays and flights shown are ATOL protected, since we hold an Air Travel Organisers License granted by the Civil Aviation Authority. Our ATOL number is ATOL 3137. In the unlikely event of our insolvency, the CAA will ensure that you are not stranded abroad and will arrange to refund any money you have paid to us for an advance booking. ACCEPTANCE OF BOOKINGS
When you contact us to make a booking, the relevant carrier will be disclosed on your documentation. We reserve the right to subsitute the carrier if necessary. When we confirm your booking, a contract exists under which we accept responsibility for the provision of all services described on your invoice.

PAYMENT SCHELUDE
As competitive travel and hotel prices gave bee negotiated, full payment is required at the time of booking. Any money paid to a travel agent is at
all times held on belhalf of Laser Travel ATOL No: 3137.

PRICE GUARANTEE
Prices shown are subject to change without notice. However we guarantee that we will not change the price of your holiday once we have accepted your booking.

FORCE MAJEURE
If the confirmed hotel is changed or we we are unable to provide the service as confirmed to you by us at the time of booking due to war, threat of war, riot, civil strife, industrial dispute, terrorist activity, disaster, fir, flood (including fire or flood in hotels) or bad weather, we cannot accept responsibilty and compensation is not payable, but provided the holiday has not begun we will offer alternative travel date or alternative hotel and advise the additional cost if any or your may elect to cancel and we will offer a full refund of any monies paid.

AMENDMENTS
Once booked flights cannot be changed. No alterations to flight dates or times will be allowed, any other change before date of departure will attract a fee of £10 per person per amendment.

CANCELLATION
Should the client cancel their holiday outside the period of 15-28 days of the departure date, 25% of the total cost will be forfeited by the client to cover administration charges. If the cancellation is made 15- 28 days of departure a 50% cancellation charge will be levied. Less than 15days before departure OF AFTER TICKET ISSUE regardless of departure date, no refund will be made.

INSURANCE
Laser Travel recommends its clients to protect themselves against unavoidable cancellation fees by acquiring suitable travel insurance. Rates are available on request from Laser Travel or local travel agent.

COMPLAINTS
Any cause for dissatisfaction must be taken up a the time with the hotel management. If you still remains dissatisified then write to us within 28days of your return, and we will do all in our power to assist in resolving any dispute.

GENERAL
a. Laser Travel undertakes to use due care and attention in arranging flights and accommodation in accordance with the airlines and hotels illustrated. All descriptions etc., are entered in good faith and are belived to be correct at the time of printing.
b. Since Laser Travel does not exercise direct control over the running of airlines, hotels and other services, it cannot accept responsibility for the act, omissions and irregularities of those whom it does not directly employ. Laser Travel will always endeavour to protect the interest of its clients by vigilant selection of involved third parties.
c. The star ratings shown although given by the participating hotels are solely designed to help choose bewteen the various hotels.

FLIGHTS
The flights offered in our packages are planned to be operated by one of the following:
bmi british midland, British Airways, British European, Sabena using Boeing 737 + 757, Airbus A330 and A331, BAE 146, SAAB SF340, CRJ and DASH aircraft. We however reserve the right to change the airline and aircraft type at any time.
